I took my NIssan in for an oil change and a 'check up', mentioning I had heard a squeak when breaking so I may need new pads. For many auto shops, this would be an open door to call me with the list of, "we found this, and that during the check, and you do need brakes." But nope - I was told my pads were fine, they could eliminate the squeak for a reasonable price if I so chose, and that I will soon need two front tires. No sales pitch, no scare tactics, no pressure. Not only that, but I should be running different (more expensive) oil in my vehicle which they put in at no extra cost to get me going in the right direction. I will be happy to pay the full amount for synthetic oil next time to keep my car happy. Thanks, Auto Japan for a great job, good communication, and excellent customer service.
