They found a very well hidden device which was an after market dongle to measure perform that slowly drained my battery which only showed up since I now drive rarely.

Friendly Service, attention to detail and willingness to help -this is what I find at Auto Japan. I had a regular service in December with excellent attention to the details of my 2020 Hybrid. Yesterday at 8am, my Hybrid froze and the battery quit. AAA quickly jumped it for me and Joanna ordered the correct battery AND gave me a car to use because, of course, it was a jam packed day for me. I am filled with gratitude for their kindness and quick response. I was able to pick my car up before 3pm. Thank you.
