I take my car to Auto Japan exclusively for any kind of service. This time, I had a larger service than usual (B1245) on my 2006 Honda Accord, so Cindy had a loaner available for me-all clean and gassed up. Turns out I also needed a new battery-so I had it replaced as long as I was there. When I got my car back, it was so clean! I was actually considering selling my car as it has about 210k. But it runs so great now, that I may keep it until 300k! The techs are great-very helpful if you have questions. Joanna, the service advisor, listened to my concerns and made notes so the tech would be able to follow through. Overall, a great experience. Auto Japan is an honest shop that does quality work that they stand behind at a reasonable price. I feel that they truly care about me as a customer and sincerely want to make sure that I am taken care of. Thanks, y'all.

Terrific service. Appreciated the detailed explanation of how my air conditioning system would be evaluated. Also appreciated the offer of a loaner car (which was not necessary in the end), in the event my car needed to be kept an additional day. Will definitely bring my car back for repairs and service.
