As always Vaughn took care of the problem and though he had quoted me more, he charged me only the actual time he was working on it because it took him less time than planned. A great and honest mechanic. One that can be trusted. Wouldn't dream of going to anyone else to get my car fixed.

Service was great in all aspects! (that's rare these days) domo arigato gozaimashita. Reception had good phone etiquette and responded to all my concerns. Booking an oil change and intermediate service was fast, I didn't have to schedule 2-3 weeks out. Loaner car was ready to go, I really appreciate that aspect of your shop's hospitality. Vaughn is polite and thorough and takes the time to discuss what was done and what to look for in the future. LOVE THOSE DOGS!!! Keep up the great work!
