Yes, it was a 5 star service, as always! Plus I took my car in about noon as an emergency visit. By chance a loaner was available and I got to go home while the repair was completed. Not only was the car repair fixed but Vaughn got it done by 4:30! I was very pleased and relieved!

The service from start to finish was exceptional. My car broke down 20 minutes before my start time at work but thanks to their team, I made it on-time. The loaner car was perfect and I received two calls, one with an estimate and a follow-up call notifying me to pick up my car at my convenience. Auto Japan is a well oiled, customer focused machine of perfection.
