The service from start to finish was exceptional. My car broke down 20 minutes before my start time at work but thanks to their team, I made it on-time. The loaner car was perfect and I received two calls, one with an estimate and a follow-up call notifying me to pick up my car at my convenience. Auto Japan is a well oiled, customer focused machine of perfection.

Auto Japan did an excellent job on itemizing the necessary repairs and prioritizing them so I could choose what repairs I wanted to move forward with.
