Outstanding. If I could, I would give you 6 stars. I was in a panic when the Check Engine & Check Transmission lights suddenly appeared during a trip from Lake County to San Francisco. Luckily for me, a gas station near the Mendocino exit suggested I take my car to Auto Japan. My problem was addressed right away; the issues & options explained to me clearly & completely & I was on my way in under an hour. This is the best service I have ever had for one of my vehicles & that's saying a lot because I'm in my 70's. Thank You Thank You Thank You
