I made my usual appointment for oil change and minor maintenance on my car. Auto Japan not only performed the service with their normal superb attention to detail but I was able to make a second appointment I had that morning without being late. All information was explained to me in a comprehensive manner which left me feeling confident my car was being expertly cared for.

This was my first experience with Auto Japan and to say the least I was very happy with the service. My repair cost was substantially less expensive than what was recommended by our local dealer. I also had the opportunity to speak with Vaughn about the nature of the maintenance to be performed. I think it's always a good idea to be able to have that conversation. Additionally, my car was returned to me much sooner than I had anticipated which was a great bonus. I highly recommend Auto Japan !

Great service, as usual! Brought my motorhome in this time for an oil change and brake inspection. DJ, the top-notch tech, took good care of me. He recommended the correct oil to use and also noticed that my wiper blades were overdue for replacement. I thought I'd take care of that on the next service, but Joanna, the very alert and capable service advisor checked and they were in stock. DJ replaced them within a minute and at a very reasonable cost. Bonus: Always fun to share coffee stories with Joanna, my "fellow" afficionado. Go Auto Japan!!
