Friendly service

I had been taking my car to Auto Japan for many years, but after I purchased a new car in 2013, I stopped going to Auto Japan and went to my new car dealer where I was just another faceless number. I'm so glad I went back to Auto Japan because they are extremely honest: for example, they did not try to get me to purchase products like tires that the other mechanics said I needed. They worked on my car, gave me a free loaner and I picked it up the next day. Extremely satisfied.

Fantastic service! I was able to book in quickly, and the service was done very quickly too. The complimentary loaner car made everything so convenient. And they price matched the dealer! All in all I highly recommend Auto Japan and will definitely continue to service my Toyota here.
