I can't imagine a better more professional experience than the one I had today at Auto Japan. I was a walk in, no appointment, a minor emergency and at days end had learned so much about my new hybrid car and was on my way for a reasonable amount of money including a free loaner car. Would that service like this was more common. Can't say enough good things about this shop. 5 stars!!!
