Jeff identified a rat problem in the engine compartment in my Honda CR-V. He showed me where they had made a nest and the probable point of entry under the car. While this was bad news, it alerted me to the continuing problem and the necessity to step up my anti-rat strategies. It’s this level of detail, caring and education that keeps me coming back to Auto Japan, with shout outs to Cindy and Joanna who very professionally run the front office.
