This may be a copy of what I already tried to send but somehow the computer failed and then came back to normal operation. You have always given me excellent service and I will always use your service because you are reliable and get things fixed.

my truck started missing and the Check Engine light came on. I had it towed to Auto Japan after Vaughn told me not to drive it . The problem was diagnosed and I had my truck back in short order . Thank you Vaughn for another great job--the best mechanic in Santa Rosa!

These guys and gals are great. They take the time, care about their customers and do great work. Johanna is so patient and wonderful at the front desk and Vaughn is a no BS kinda guy. Straight answers to straight questions. I love that they always value my time, even though I don't always show the same respect. Will be a lifetime customer.
