They are very clear when writing up the work order, and explanations are very specific and detailed after the work is done. The repairs are done on time, and at a very reasonable rate -- overall I am very impressed with the personal service and friendly attitude. Also, after my last service the car came back cleaner than when I left it.

I have dealt with this repair shop before and have found them to always explain what they were doing in a manner that I could understand. I feel that they have always been honest with me in what needed to be done and that they were well knowledgeable in both vehicles. Their prices were probably in line with this area and the experience is less hectic then dealing with a dealership which I believe would have cost me more. I would recommend them to any and all of my friends.
