Very courteous, polite and friendly staff. The repair work was discussed with me in detail before the work began and again, after the work was completed. In their estimate, they included some items based on not knowing what they would find once the started. Upon performing the work, they determined some of those items listed in the estimate were not necessary, which reduced the cost from the original estimate. Based on the length of time to perform the work, they provided me with a loaner vehicle. The work was completed within the expected timeframe. If future repairs are needed, I would return as well as recommend their service.

My 1993 4Runner went in for a new radiator and front brakes, it was my second visit to Auto Japan. My vehicle was ready before the promised date, and I received a full explanation of the work done. I couldn't be happier.

An estimated $400.00 front brake job turned out to be only $230.00 to resurface the front rotors. The brake pads still had about 80% of use left so they were not replaced saving me a bundle of money, Bert

The scheduling is very efficient, the explanation of what is being done is clear, and if I have to wait any length of time, it is like sitting in the room of a small house while both Cindy and Joanna flawlessly manage the operations from behind a front desk. I wouldn't go back to the clamor and clatter and sales pitches of my old sales and service provider for anything.
