Vaughn and his team are amazing! I have brought my cars here for years and have always received honest, reliable and excellent service. When a mechanic says "No, you don't need that done yet" or "We can do this instead because it's less expensive" you know you've struck gold! Both of his shops, Airway & Oakmont, provide the same level of care. I hope he sticks around until I stop driving!!

Joanne was very helpful and informative, job was competed as quoted. Also spoke to a tech over the phone and were kind enough to answer any questions i had. Very courteous, polite and friendly staff. The repair work was discussed with me in detail before the work began and again, after the work was completed. In their estimate, they included some items based on not knowing what they would find once the started. Upon performing the work, they determined some of those items listed in the estimate were not necessary, which reduced the cost from the original estimate. Based on the length of time to perform the work, they provided me with a loaner vehicle. The work was completed within the expected timeframe. If future repairs are needed, I would return as well as recommend their service.

My 1993 4Runner went in for a new radiator and front brakes, it was my second visit to Auto Japan. My vehicle was ready before the promised date, and I received a full explanation of the work done. I couldn't be happier.

An estimated $400.00 front brake job turned out to be only $230.00 to resurface the front rotors. The brake pads still had about 80% of use left so they were not replaced saving me a bundle of money, Bert
