I was lucky to have my mechanic, who works on most makes of cars & trucks, recommend Auto Japan when he saw a repair I needed on my 2001 Mazda SUV. I called Auto Japan, explained the problem, and made an appointment. I was greeted by Joanna, smiling and upbeat, and she got Vaughn, their very knowledgeable mechanic, and we discussed my Mazda's malfunction. I left the car there, and Joanna asked if I wanted to use a loaner? Yes, of course. I think they had my car two days, and Vaughn had fixed the problem. That was over 3,000 miles ago, and I'm still getting solid use out of an 18 year old Mazda, with 197,000 miles on her. I am pleased to have Auto Japan as my new auto service - they are straight forward, and definitely have good Ju Ju. I just bought a low-mileage 2012 Honda CR-V, so Auto-Japan will be doing it's regular servicing.
