HONESTY , friendly communication, straight forward information about what was included in a maintenance and why. How long certain maintenances lasted. Very clean facility. My car is 12 years old and drives like the first day I drove off the dealers lot. And…they pay attention to details! I’m a bit OCD about my car and Auto Japan is the best medicine!

Auto Japan has worked on my vehicles since 2018. It is a dependable shop that does quality honest work. It is hard to trust someone to work on your car and the worry that that instills, are they going to rip me off? Are they going to do shoddy repairs? Nowadays we rely so much on reviews we find online but can we trust those? Sometimes not we have found out. Please trust this review.
