Fantastic! I found the shop at random when I had a question about my older Honda Accord (’82). The Shop usually does not service cars of that age, but told me they would make an exception. I really just needed some questions answered so I could do the repair myself. Vaughn went way above my expectations, not only did he show me what I needed to do, but he went ahead and took care of it for me. He spent over a half hour helping with a repair and then proceeded not to charge me for his valuable time. The whole staff was very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend Auto Japan!!

Always upfront about various potential causes of whatever problem your car may have, and give you up font cost estimates for each of those possible causes and fixes. Timely work, and they advise you if work is not necessary. I highly recommend Auto Japan.
