I have only lived in Santa Rosa for 3 1/2 years and everyone in our Community can't say enough good things about Auto Japan. Although my husband has a GMC, I brought it to them and told them my tale of woe about the whopping bills I had been receiving at the dealership. They agreed to take a look and checked it all out corrected the minor things that were an issue and asked me to come back in 500 miles to follow up a potential issue. The estimate was right on and very reasonable. I can't say enough for the ownership--by the way the owner is the one that services the American made products and Cindy and Joanna. What a team and what outstanding customer service. Give them a try and you will be as amazed and pleased as we are.

Front office staff is friendly and always helpful. Mechanics perform extremely well and have done so ever since I was referred to Auto Japan by AAA for a mechanical problem (over 10 years) They are the best in Santa Rosa for sure!!!
