I took my 2007 Toyota Highlander into Auto Japan to diagnose an issue with an alternator belt which resulted in my needing to replace the alternator itself. The front office team was super friendly and efficient in explaining the particulars. They performed the work in less than 24 hours, fixed a few minor problems and charged a reasonable amount for what I can only describe as phenomenal service. Cleanest and most organized service bays Ive ever seen.
