I called today, and even though I know they were very busy, Vaughn worked to try to help me get my car in service so that I would not be stranded over the holiday. Auto Japan discovered damage to my air conditioning condenser, pointed it out and fixed it promptly. Once again, superb attention to detail and service.

I love how honest this place is about WHEN they can have it ready. They never overbook, offer a little loaner car, and mechanics are SO great about describing what's wrong with your car. My car had been acting sluggish for the past year, so when one of those check engine lights came on. I called to make an appointment. They even let me drop by the same day just to see if it would be safe to drive until the appointment. Excellent work. I have a Honda Element, and its been THE most reliable car of my life, so its like taking care of my very own race horse when he needs something (rare and very deserving).
