Always honest and reliable service. I drive all the way from Oakland for Auto-Japan. No one touches my car but them.

Car wouldn’t start. Called Vaughn at Oakmont Garage which was technically closed on Mondays but he answered, drove over to give us a jump, ordered a new battery which we needed (had done prior testing), so we could drive over to Auto Japan. All work done within a few hours. All the while— very informative, honest, generous, friendly, professional and timely. Will continue to patronize and would highly recommend!

Honest and fair all the time! I’ve taken my Toyotas here for years and always get excellent service. Yesterday I dropped off our 4Runner do diagnose a noise from the engine and they took care of it by adjusting a belt at no charge! That shows you how honest they are!

I was so impressed with Auto Japan, superior in every way to my former experience! I also received a complete verbal report on my car. I will be back for my service in the future.

Auto Japan is the best! I've now spent over $3,000 on my 15 year old Lexus and my 16 year old Honda and I'm HAPPY about it! I doubt anyone else's review can say that. Cars needed work. They knew how to fix it. They knew what didn't NEED to be fixed that other shops said DID. They fixed the problems, were fair, communicative, and always helpful and cordial. Glad to give them my business. And you should too.
