I have been taking my now 17 year old Infinity G35 to Vaughn and his great team for over a decade. The service and care taken to maintain and repair my car has been nothing short of exceptional. I have Never been “up sold” on what needs to be done, as happened with the dealer. On the contrary, Auto Japan services my car, I believe, like they would their own. A new part that Auto Japan replaced a few months prior failed. Vaughn fixed the problem for me under warranty, even though the part failure wasn't his fault. Vaughn and his staff have always done right by me over the past 20 years. I'll never go to another shop.
