While looking for a used p/u, Vaughn not only found 2 that we looked at, he also went with me to do the test drive. I have a Lexus GS300 and have been taking it to Auto Japan for almost a year. A friend suggested I go there when she heard noises while we were driving that I must have gotten use to. I went on a test drive with one of their mechanics so they could pinpoint what I was hearing. They found the battery hold down loose ...the battery was replaced elsewhere... and they repaired my squeaking brakes. I was overdue for a service and Vaughn, the owner helped me prioritize what was needed immediately. He never came across as condescending because I had waited too long. All of my appointments have been just as pleasant! They have a nice waiting area, their prices are fair and the work is done proficiently and timely. There are not enough stars for this garage.
