They do great work, great follow up, very friendly and competent, and we love the dogs in the office...very happy with the whole experience

Auto Japan is in a class by itself--honest, dependable, always goes the extra mile, extremely clean shop, great customer service and excellent automotive repair knowledge. Can't say enough good things about them.
Very honest, hard-working and competent. Usually feels expensive but maybe I'm out of touch with standard fees. I like that they're a small shop, but a shuttle service or loaner car would make it a much easier experience.
