Exceptional service and customer care, reminiscent of bygone days when auto repair was a source of pride rather than the scourge it usually is now. Auto Japan's mission is to restore faith in and the reputation of the auto repair industry by doing excellent repair work using only OEM parts, standing behind their work with a two-year warranty (!), and treating their customers with kindness, respect, and dignity. The staff is just wonderful. This amazing repair shop deserves six stars! I wouldn't take my wife's and my car anywhere else for servicing.
