It seems like there is always some little thing that gets overlooked. This time there was a bright red light on the dash that said taillight out. With two extensive test drives it seems like someone paying attention would have noticed and replaced the taillight. Now it means a special trip in to the shop or waiting until the next regular service. When little things are missed and we notice them, we wonder about big things that we don't notice... Please pay better attention and be more thorough.

Expensive, but necessary. We are considering buying an all electric car for around town with our next purchase to keep these types of costs down in the future. No problem with your service.
