Auto Japan has the best customer service and efficient auto care! We were in a bit of a pickle with my daughters new to us car. They quickly got us in and fixed the issues at a reasonable cost. They don’t push you for more services only what you need. Thank you!!!

Great service and friendly, helpful, employees. Very knowledgeable owner and mechanic. They seem very honest. Plus a cool pet rescue dog named Diesel, that is super friendly and sometimes greets you when you arrive.

I rarely leave reviews, and Vaughn doesn't really need another 5 star rating, but I'll give him one anyway. I've been fixing my own vehicles for over 50 years since I did my first transmission swap at age 17 on a '70 Volkswagen Beetle. Basically, I could never find an honest mechanic who I trusted to do the job as well as I could, and who would charge a fair price for the effort. Finally with Auto Japan, and Oakmont Garage I don't have to pick up a wrench again, and can rest assured that the job will be done correctly. Vaughn is an expert mechanic, who won't try to upsell you on additional maintenance jobs. In fact, quite the opposite, as he has repeatedly suggested postponing some maintenance work until it was actually necessary. I found the pricing reasonable and will continue to have my 4Runner serviced at Auto Japan in the future. Highly recommended!
