I really appreciate their patience in explaining the services they suggest. I never feel pressured into getting a service I don't feel is necessary. Their team is great and I have no complaints.

Another drive in with check engine light - no appointment and still got things taken care of in record time. Vaughn and his staff are amazing!

Vaughn has always been fair for his services and has not tried to upsell me on any unnecessary repairs. He's always been up front about what needs to be done asap and what needs to be kept an eye on to be repaired further down the road. He's been working on my Honda and Toyota since we moved up here five years ago.

All of the staff at Auto Japan is wonderful. The really know cars and are able to tackle any issue.
