I have been taking my Civic to AutoJapan for over 3 years, and have been impressed from the very first visit by their attention to detail, their honesty, and just their sheer knowledge about Japanese cars! I have referred many people to them over the years. This was especially welcome because my previous mechanic was brusque, not very thorough, and I suspected saw me as a cash cow. AutoJapan is the opposite. They are polite and fair. I would recommend to anybody!

A-arm bolt loosened & fell off.

Vaghn and his team are great! The office staff take down specific information about the problem. I never get sold services I don't need. I always feel I get a realistic estimate and Vahgn has even not charged me when he couldn't diagnose a fantom noise that would come and go. Vahgn is the most ethical mechanic I've ever met!
