I have been going to AutoJapan for 3 years, and never had a service that wasn't 5 stars. Honest, thorough, and way more knowledgeable than any auto mechanic I've patronized in the past.

As always, Vaughn and his team were awesome. Vaughn is honest and thorough and knows his stuff. I feel very lucky to have Auto Japan near me.

I have been taking my Civic to AutoJapan for over 3 years, and have been impressed from the very first visit by their attention to detail, their honesty, and just their sheer knowledge about Japanese cars! I have referred many people to them over the years. This was especially welcome because my previous mechanic was brusque, not very thorough, and I suspected saw me as a cash cow. AutoJapan is the opposite. They are polite and fair. I would recommend to anybody!

It turned out to be that i did not - yet! - need a brake job: good news. And much better to know than to not know. Thank you, all y'all, for being there, and always "four square"!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have gone above and beyond every time I've dealt with them. My car always runs like a dream after as well.

I always appriciate the service I get at Auto Japan. All of my options are thoroughly explained.

Good mechanics are hard to find and I like Auto Japan because I'm given recommended repairs so I know what's coming. I can email them and ask any questions I have on said repairs. The issues/repairs are explained in a way my non mechanical mind can understand, too. Beyond great mechanical skills, the staff has always been open with estimates and pricing but they are also just nice, kind people. I feel that the work completed has always been a job well done without unnecessary extras.
