A-arm bolt loosened & fell off.

Vaghn and his team are great! The office staff take down specific information about the problem. I never get sold services I don't need. I always feel I get a realistic estimate and Vahgn has even not charged me when he couldn't diagnose a fantom noise that would come and go. Vahgn is the most ethical mechanic I've ever met!

I really love my 4 runner ......I appreciate the loaner and my car being delivered when promised. I was a little shocked by the bill, but as I said early on, it is very cheap considering the car is almost 15 years old and running strong, it is your great service that will keep it running for a long long time. 5 star service
