Excellent service from the checking in process (Cindy and Johanna), diagnostic, speaking with the tech (Stephen), and completing the job in a timely, professional manner. Vaughn is an honest man and runs an honest shop that does excellent, high quality work for a fair price. Car repairs can be stressful enough. It's comforting to know that once you find a good shop like Auto Japan, you can at least remove the stress that comes from the looking around part of the equation. Just bring your car here.
