I have taken my car in to Auto Japan twice. Both times my car was serviced efficiently and quickly. The entire staff is professional, competent and friendly. Walking into the reception area is like walking into someone's home. The energy is relaxed, the ladies are very welcoming and efficient and the dogs are extremely well-behaved. Highly recommend.

I have been taking my Civic to AutoJapan for over 3 years, and have been impressed from the very first visit by their attention to detail, their honesty, and just their sheer knowledge about Japanese cars! I have referred many people to them over the years. This was especially welcome because my previous mechanic was brusque, not very thorough, and I suspected saw me as a cash cow. AutoJapan is the opposite. They are polite and fair. I would recommend to anybody!
