As always, Vaughn and crew (from the front office to the tech's that did the work) did a superior job on our car, unlike some other places around town that try and lure you in with coupons. I would rather pay for quality and know that I can sleep well with the work that has been done on my car than wonder if it was done by someone that may cut corners to make a buck. I have taken my car in to Auto Japan twice. Both times my car was serviced efficiently and quickly. The entire staff is professional, competent and friendly. Walking into the reception area is like walking into someone's home. The energy is relaxed, the ladies are very welcoming and efficient and the dogs are extremely well-behaved. Highly recommend.
