Excellent service from the checking in process (Cindy and Johanna), diagnostic, speaking with the tech (Stephen), and completing the job in a timely, professional manner. Vaughn is an honest man and runs an honest shop that does excellent, high quality work for a fair price. Car repairs can be stressful enough. It's comforting to know that once you find a good shop like Auto Japan, you can at least remove the stress that comes from the looking around part of the equation. Just bring your car here. You will be glad you did!

Thanks Auto Japan for another solid & thorough service! I wanted my car checked out before a long road trip and my mind is at ease knowing my car is " road trip ready!" I appreciate the communication from the office staff as well as the quality work from the techs in the shop.

As always, Vaughn and crew (from the front office to the tech's that did the work) did a superior job on our car, unlike some other places around town that try and lure you in with coupons. I would rather pay for quality and know that I can sleep well with the work that has been done on my car than wonder if it was done by someone that may cut corners to make a buck.
