This was a quick in/out but service was excellent as usual including use of loaner car. Where Auto Japan really shines is more complicated/involved work when their knowledge & resolve to complete the job properly makes all the difference.

I am so impressed by how good and responsible everyone is at Auto Japan. My repair required a part the vendor simply wasn't getting right, so staff actually drove to get the correct one in person.
