Service was great in all aspects! (that's rare these days) domo arigato gozaimashita. Reception had good phone etiquette and responded to all my concerns. Booking an oil change and intermediate service was fast, I didn't have to schedule 2-3 weeks out. Loaner car was ready to go, I really appreciate that aspect of your shop's hospitality. Vaughn is polite and thorough and takes the time to discuss what was done and what to look for in the future. LOVE THOSE DOGS!!! Keep up the great work!

This is the place to take your car for good honest repair. Had my Honda fixed a few years ago and called for records. Cindy went out of her way to give advice on how to go about getting my Honda repaired in the new city where i live and ( with a separate issue entirely.)These are the people you can take you vehicle to and stick with.....Don't bother calling another place. I'd almost drive 3 hours to repair my car.

I found this company to be very concerned about my vehicle problem. It was a very hard problem to solve because it involved a noise in the engine compartment that seem to come and go. When the noise was isolated in my 1999 Mazda Miata 73,000+ miles the mechanic observed other problems which would most likely have me back with my vehicle within a few months. I had them also work on these issues which I believe in the long run saved me money because it would have involved another labor intense work project.

I take my car to Auto Japan exclusively for any kind of service. This time, I had a larger service than usual (B1245) on my 2006 Honda Accord, so Cindy had a loaner available for me-all clean and gassed up. Turns out I also needed a new battery-so I had it replaced as long as I was there. When I got my car back, it was so clean! I was actually considering selling my car as it has about 210k. But it runs so great now, that I may keep it until 300k! The techs are great-very helpful if you have questions. Joanna, the service advisor, listened to my concerns and made notes so the tech would be able to follow through. Overall, a great experience. Auto Japan is an honest shop that does quality work that they stand behind at a reasonable price. I feel that they truly care about me as a customer and sincerely want to make sure that I am taken care of. Thanks, y'all.
